Campaign Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to help build a new organization that will have a tremendous impact on Central Oregon!

Hours: 5-25 hours per month

Please note: Hours are expected to be higher during campaign seasons and on the lower end during off season.

Deadline: March 25th

Pay: 20/hour

SCOPAC is looking for a Campaign Coordinator to help with scheduling, data management, content production, event execution, and exceptional follow through. This is a position for someone who is interested in becoming more active within the Central Oregon Political community. SCOPAC works with Candidates across Central Oregon on local races who share our values of strong families, resilient communities, and providing a fair chance for each and every central Oregonian. 

Responsibilities

• Scheduling/conducting Board and Committee Meetings

• Event planning, management, and execution

• Written and visual content/design production

• Website design/adjustment

• Data management/analysis 

• Distribution of materials

• Financial management 

• Thank you notes/follow-up

Qualifications

• Invested in community growth

• Strong organization skills 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to speak to large groups and new folks with ease

• Event management and execution experience

• Experience with google docs and scheduling tools

• Experience with web and content design a plus
