To preserve these valued traditions we need high quality leaders serving in our public institutions. The leadership we choose matters. We can do better.

SCOPAC’s mission is to create transformative change at the local level by recruiting, mentoring and funding candidates who support our values, with a focus on underrepresented candidates, who will lead in partnership with all Central Oregon communities.

SCOPAC builds strong communities through political action and infrastructure. SCOPAC elects candidates committed to seeing that all Central Oregon communities thrive. And to do that, we
Recruit candidates for local office;
Support candidates with resources such as childcare and family meals;
Support candidates with strategy, dollars & mentoring.
